Dark Hallows

Beginning October 2015, faculty and students from the Humanities and Fine Arts division celebrated each Halloween with readings, film, and performances. Dark Hallows highlights work from the horror, gothic, and speculative genres. Presentations included excerpts from works by Edgar Allan Poe, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Mary Shelley, H.P. Lovecraft, and others. I created the Dark Hallows Facebook pageopens in new window for the project including the Dark Hallows logo. I also had the privilege of performing in several of the projects, including a "radio drama" reading of At the Mountain of Madness by H.P. Lovecraft.

My favorite role was sharing in playing the role of the monster in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein with Evans Jarnefeldt in 2017. The video below is from the closing scene of the novel, where I played the "monster," Randal Fosse played Victor Frankenstein, and Brian Hales played the shiip's captain.
