Revised: After reading the school handbook, I realized my need to balance work, school, and family responsibilities.

Original: The school handbook identifies four character traits that will help you succeed at Chattanooga State. The four character traits are teamwork, integrity, productivity, and professionalism.
Revised: The school handbook identifies four character traits--teamwork, integrity, productivity, and professionalism--necessary for success at Chattanooga State.

Original: Out of the four professional traits, the strongest one for me is professionalism. If I had to rank the traits starting with the strongest to the weakest, I would rank them accordingly with professionalism being my strongest, then integrity, third productivity, and last teamwork being my weakest.
